New year, new me? Yeah, no.
Same you but LFG! It’s time and we both know it. You’ve heard me talk about it, harp on it, shout about it…now it’s time for action. Taking care of the body you live in is the ABSOLUTE best thing you can do for you, for you kids, for your sex life, for aging.
Both strength and mobility are key but I know it can be overwhelming, intimidating, and confusing…especially if you’re on social media. Lord, there’s a ton of shit there.
I’ll help you get situated with how-to videos as well as 3 full body workouts and 3 mobility/flexibility plans. We’ll meet weekly for a month (4x) to address ANY QUESTIONS. I’ll have themes for each class that I’ll be teaching as well as common form mistakes. We’ll also go through many options if you don’t have a lot of time…which I know you don’t.
Remember: small consistent actions beat intensity ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. We’re going to figure out how to make this work for you and your life.
If you’ve even felt lost or intimidated by any aspect of working out, this is for you! This is suitable for absolute beginners and more seasoned mamas as well. If you’ve been lifting for years and already have nutrition dialed in, this might be too basic. If you feel like you know some stuff but need a boost, come on in!
✅️ How it works: Just sign up for the call time that you can attend. The calls will be recorded so if you miss one, you’ll get a copy.
This group will also have a Facebook group for a community vibe. You do NOT NEED to have one, if you don’t want to. It’s just a little extra.
Side note: I know a lot of you are trying to be off social media and I totally applaud that. Just letting you know that if you wanted to join the group, you can make a dummy account just for this)
💪🏼 You will need some equipment for this: You definitely need a set of dumbbells. I think you really can’t go wrong with a basic set of 5, 10, 15 lbs. If that feels like too much weight for you, you can get 5, 8, 10 lbs sets. Both are popular grouping of weight but I’m warning you: you’ll grow out of that small set FAST.  If you want to wait until our first meeting and ask me questions: totally fine to do that.  I also recommend some sort of cushy mat but it’s not necessary.
Though this class meets for a month, you will have access to the materials and the FB group for as long as I’m alive and have a website.
