💪🏼 What you’ll need:

A basic set of dumbbells is key. A range like 5, 10, and 15 lbs works well for most people. If that feels like too much, you can start lighter—but just know you’ll likely outgrow the lighter weights fairly quickly.

A mat is helpful, but not required.
