Strength Training & Mobility Coaching – February 2026

This is a 4-week strength and mobility coaching series designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body—without overwhelm or unrealistic expectations.

You’ll receive:

  • 4 live Zoom coaching classes (once per week for the month you enroll)

  • 3 full-body strength workouts

  • 3 mobility & flexibility routines

  • How-to videos with clear form cues and common mistakes

  • Weekly live Q&A and coaching support

  • Workout and mobility options for busy schedules

  • Lifetime access to all class materials and recordings

This program is beginner-friendly, supportive, and approachable. It’s ideal if you feel unsure, intimidated, or inconsistent with strength training and mobility, or if you know the basics but want structure and accountability.
If you’ve been lifting for years and already have advanced training and nutrition fully dialed in, this may be too foundational.


📅 Class Schedule

You’ll attend 4 live Zoom classes on Thursdays at 6:00pm EST on the following dates:

  • February 5, 2026

  • February 12, 2026

  • February 19, 2026

  • February 26, 2026

You’ll attend the same time each week. All classes are recorded, so if you miss a live session, you’ll still have access to the replay.


💁 How It Works

  • Choose your class time and complete checkout

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and immediate access to the course 

  • Live class reminders are sent before each session

  • All live classes are recorded and available if you miss a session

  • Optional private Facebook group for community support (not required)


🏋🏻‍♀️ Equipment Needed

  • A set of dumbbells (recommended: 5, 10, and 15 lbs)

  • Optional exercise mat


🔑 Access

Although live coaching runs for one month, you’ll have ongoing access to all materials and the community space.
