OVER IT!Â
JOIN THE COURSEAre you OVER IT? Being overwhelmed, overstimulated, and completely burnt out?
Listen to me: motherhood does not have to feel this hard.
I’ve spent the last few years really looking at all the ways modern motherhood is breaking us. And every mom I’ve worked with is exhausted. Spread too thin, trying her best, and still feeling like she’s drowning.
In this course, we’re going to break down the four biggest areas where I see moms over-doing it. It’s not just that we’re doing too much…we’re doing too much in all the wrong places. We’re scattered. We’ve got energy drains we don’t even realize are there.
And most of us are stuck in this cycle of trying to be everything to everyone…especially our kids. Without real support systems, we end up overworking ourselves in an attempt to make everything feel balanced.
And the result?
No one is getting the best version of you. You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, overstimulated, and completely tapped out.
So we’re going to pull this apart, simplify it, and rebuild something that actually works for you and your life.

Inside the course, we focus on the four “overs”:
Over-parenting
When boundaries are unclear or inconsistent, everything feels harder. We’ll talk about what boundaries actually are, how to hold them, and how to use consequences in a way that works. If your kids only listen when you lose it, we’re going to fix that.
Overwhelm
A lot of overwhelm is coming from how we’re managing our time, our expectations, and yes…our digital lives. You don’t need to give up your phone. You do need to identify what’s draining you and start plugging those leaks.
Overstimulated
You know you’re supposed to stay calm and regulated…but no one has shown you how to actually do that. We’ll break down what dysregulation looks like in you and give you simple ways to move in and out of it more easily.
Over-doing (the mental load)
There are five main pieces to the mental load, and most of it falls on moms. We’ll walk through each one and find ways to lighten it so you’re not carrying everything alone.

This is not about perfection. It’s about getting out of survival mode and finding a way to feel more steady, clear, and like yourself again.
You can move through this at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need a reset.
If you’re ready to stop spinning and start simplifying, you’re in the right place.
